We do not collect your name, date of birth, passport details, or any other personal identifying information.
JustSwapping uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to temporarily remember your swap details — such as the amount, coin selections, and active swap reference — so that the page can restore your swap progress if you refresh or return to it. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers beyond what is needed to process your swap.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond processing your swap.
To process your swap, your wallet address and swap amount are shared with the relevant third-party exchange provider — either ChangeNOW or Godex. These providers process the actual exchange of funds. By using JustSwapping you also agree to the privacy policies of the relevant provider.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
Swap records are retained indefinitely for our own records and to assist with any disputes or support queries. If you would like your swap data removed, please contact us with your swap reference number and we will delete it where we are legally able to do so.
We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold. Swap data is stored in a secured database on our server. We do not store any payment card information or bank account details — all transactions are conducted in cryptocurrency directly between wallets.

Exchange rates displayed on JustSwapping are fetched from CoinGecko's public API. CoinGecko may log your IP address as part of standard web server logging when this request is made from your browser. Please refer to CoinGecko's own privacy policy for details.
